Private company registration requirements

1. Minimum 2 Shareholders/members

2. Minimum 2 Directors (The directors and shareholders can be same person)

3. DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) for all the Directors (for applying of DIN)

4. DIN (Director Identification Number) for all the Directors.

Each director must possess the following :

1. DSC

2. PAN

3. 1 Passport size photo

4. Address proof

5. Affidavit as per DIR 4

Valid documents for address proof :

1. Passport

2. Voter ID

3. Driving License

4. Ration card

5. Electricity bill

6. Aadhar card

7. Telephone bill
