In India, for every registered company, it is a constitutional mandated to have MoA and AoA. However, the company registration<\/strong><\/a> is not mandatory by law but it has some unmatched benefits. MoA and AoA are the legal documents of a company, which contains the information, basic capital structure, and mode of working of a\u00a0company.<\/p>\n

What are MoA and AoA?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Every organization has its own mode of working. In a company, they are jolt down in a form of MoA and AoA. It works as a constitution and provides basic guidelines for the company like what exactly the company does, details of each main authority agent such as directors, promoters, etc. MoA contains the clause that manages the external management of a company.
