After getting a DIN, the company has to apply for a name. There are about 5-6 names from which the company can choose one. If the preferred name is not available, then the company can choose a name itself. Following this, the company has to apply for company incorporation. While applying one has to submit this application along with form 1-A at the official website of the concerned department.
